Coping Strategies

It’s back to work day and I already feel like most people feel before they are forced to take a break. I’m shattered, my eye is twitching and husband pleading for me to reengage with meditation and other stress relieving mechanisms.
Truth is, I’m not feeling this way because I’m stressed: I’m just another shattered parent trying to work full time and productively contribute and being battered about the head by the lack of progress. On the productively contributing matter, I’ll let others be the judge…

Anyway, I’m using my train journey to self medicate and this morning’s salve is finally Freedom. Long awaited
I’m four pages in and I love it already. Witty, knowing and apt. What a shame I can’t read it all day …
